PUBLIC NOTICES:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Kensington Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on September 15, 2010, at  8:00 P.M. at the Kensington Village Hall, 2 Nassau Drive, Great Neck, New York, to consider the following application:
BARRY SCHNEIDER - for final subdivision approval for the premises known as 55 Nassau Drive, Kensington, New York, and designated on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 2, Block 226, Lots 12 and 13.  The applicant seeks to create two building lots, one for each of the existing tax lots (Lots 12 and 13), and to construct two new single-family residences.

At the time and place aforesaid, all interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the application is on file at Village Hall and may be inspected during regular business hours.
